Not to get all 'Jerry Maguire' at you, but here's the real deal:

       Everyone that's into performance vehicles has had to deal with poor service. Sadly enough, it's practically the motto of the typical mechanic. That's why we prefer to do most of our own work ourselves. That and it saves money--and we all know speed and money go hand in hand. However, doing the work is only part of the effort.

       Spending your hard-earned cash on expensive toys is a big step for anyone. The fact of the matter is you can buy the same things you see offered here at many other places. The quality of the product will be the same, because they come from the same manufacturer. The speed of the shipping will be the same, because everyone uses UPS and FedEx. Price always differs somewhat, but we're not exactly talking mounds of cash different. So what are you left with? There's only one major thing that will not be the same from one point of sale to the next--and that is the level of attention and care that goes into handling your order.

       Let's face facts, a competitive retailer often doesn't get products for a huge amount less than what you pay for it. So maybe you've found the best price out there and the place you're buying from is only making a marginal profit on your big sale, but you're still the one forking over a serious chunk of dough for the expensive hardware.

       We fully realize customer service is the only thing that can separate any decent point of sale from the next. If you want to buy something through us, you can expect to be treated as we ourselves would want to be treated when we spend a few grand on goodies for our own rides--and no matter what we'll make certain you get what you need when you need it. We expect it from ourselves to be left with nothing but satisfied customers in the end, and that's what we hope to achieve.
